Abstract

With the present extended, the purpose was to raise some epistemic awards, related to the challenges that teleworking faces, thus generating a new perspective on it, de-ballasting it from the archaic meanings with which it has been discriminated until then. In its preparation, the bibliographic design and bibliographic method were applied; Documentation was the technique used, where the bibliographic matrix and the content analytical matrix were the instruments used. Teleworking was recognized as a multidimensional phenomenon of transdisciplinary interest, with multifactorial consequences, contextualized in organizations allied to the Venezuelan public sector, facing the challenge that the computerization of the processes and procedures that find place in it implies, coupled with the challenge of conserving in their ranks, the worker who until then has hired, trained, trained. Finally, it could be concluded that within the Venezuelan public organizations, there is a controversial reality; On the one hand, it aims to carry out actions aimed at automating its operations; on the other, it aims to position human talent as its most valuable asset. Thus, success will fall on the technological architecture on which it supports its management of human talent, strengthening the labor dynamics and thus avoiding work absenteeism, abandonment of positions and the imminent brain drain.
